Warralily green transport link completed

The Member for South Barwon Darren Cheeseman, Geelong Mayor Bruce Harwood and the Warralily team came together to mark completion of the Warralily shared pathway link from Barwon Heads Rd through to the Surf Coast Highway. The picturesque 4.9km shared pathway enables residents to cycle or walk the full breadth of Armstrong Creek’s leading development - providing a new level of connectivity to the growth area and a healthy lifestyle for residents.

Warralily wins UDIA National Environmental Excellence Award

Geelong’s own Warralily development at Armstrong Creek has taken out the Environmental Excellence Award at the 2019 Urban Development Institute of Australia National Awards for Excellence against a field of State and Territory finalists. Warralily was Victoria’s only winner at this year’s National awards event held in the Gold Coast on Thursday night, strengthening the estate’s position as the most awarded urban environment in the Geelong region.
